TITAN WORLDWIDE WINS COACH USA NORTHEAST TRANSIT ADVERTISING CONTRACT

NEW YORK, December 8, 2005 - Out-of-Home advertising industry leader Titan Worldwide has been chosen by Coach USA Northeast to administer its transit advertising agreement. The contract has a 5-year term and commences January 1, 2006. The Coach USA fleet will enhance Titan's existing New Jersey coverage. Titan Worldwide will increase local sales staff, as well as adding salespeople in their seven other North American offices to focus on the over 500 Coach USA Northeast vehicles in New Jersey.

Coach USA Northeast also operates 74 Gray Line open top Double Deckers and 11 Sightseeing coaches that operate in Manhattan. This New York fleet will provide Titan Outdoor with premier Manhattan coverage. Dale Moser, Chief Operating Officer for Coach USA, stated, "We are very pleased to award our contract to Titan Worldwide. We went through a rigorous qualification process and Titan clearly fulfills our needs in contracting with a focused transit advertising sales company."
